Booking

You will receive the driver’s contact details around 9pm on the day before your travelling date.
You can make travel changes 24 hours before the scheduled date. However, the acceptance of the revision will still depend on the availability of the taxi.

You can book at any time via Whatsapp. We do recommend to book at least 3 days ahead for weekend bookings. For instant or within same day bookings, please WhatsApp us to check driver availability for you.
Yes. Kindly inform us ASAP for any changes. Charges will differ if you require a bigger vehicle and will be according to new vehicle charges selected. Do note this will depend on vehicle availability as well at point of change.
Yes, please indicate correct number of infants or children in your booking details. There will be maximum number of passengers allowed for private vehicle ride depending on vehicle type. Therefore, we can advise suitable vehicle accordingly.

Payment

1) PayNow to mobile no (Recommend pay by PayNow)

2) Cash to the driver upon arrival at your destination.
All our taxi charges are per vehicle and not per passenger.
All charges are tabulated. No other extra charges apply, except for the toll fees (per trip) & peak season. Peak season surcharges will be informed via WhatsApp during enquiry or after you submit the online booking form.
Yes. Softcopy of receipts can be sent by email after each trip is completed. Please indicate during booking.
Yes, kindly note each additional pick up or drop off will be additional SGD10.
We accept only Singapore dollar for payment at the moment.
We require deposit before confirm your booking, the balance of the car you can pay upon car arrival.
Afraid due to long weekends/holidays – it is very hard to secure vehicles during these periods, therefore peak season charge applies.
Yes. Kindly indicate this during booking arrangement. All receipts will be sent by email after each trip is completed. We will forward this ASAP for you once ready.
Sometimes due to trips scheduling – it may be necessary for us to send a different vehicle. No worries as there will be no additional charges. It will be a free upgrade from us.

During Journey

No. Just sit inside the taxi during the entire journey.
Toll fees are required for both Second Link and Woodland Checkpoint. Travelling via Second Link, however, is highly encouraged to avoid traffic jam during peak hours.
It takes approximately 2 hours, depending on the checkpoints traffic condition.
We suggest departing before 8am on Saturdays and before 3pm on Sundays from Johor Bahru on normal weekends. But for long weekends, we do suggest to depart even earlier to avoid traffic.
Tipping is optional and depends on whether you liked our driver service. As a reference, our popular drivers do get around SGD10-SDG30 as a tip from customers.
No. You’re not allowed to eat inside the vehicle during the journey even light meals or snacks.
We will try to schedule a replacement vehicle for you and normally should arrive within the hour for nearby locations.
Normally for return on same day trips, it will be the same driver. We will try to notify you asap for any changes. For return on separate days, we will send new driver details (around 9pm) 1 day prior to your travelling date.
It will depend on most convenient route according to your travelling plans and traffic conditions for the day.
Not at the moment but for vehicle type Toyota Alphard or Hyundai Starex, we can offer DVD player for the journey. Kindly input request in booking form.
As VEP (Vehicle Entry Permit) is limited, for clients travelling outside of Johor Bahru, we may need to arrange for a change of the vehicle (Just like a toilet break at petrol station within 2mins) in Johor Bahru before departing to your destination. It will be the same vehicle type for the change. No worries.

Airport Transfer

We do charge for waiting time, but you should send us your flight number so that the driver can track your arrival anytime. It is only after that the waiting charges can be negotiated about.
Normally the driver will contact you upon arrival to pick up at closest gate. We will send you the driver details in advance (before 9pm) 1 day prior to your travelling date. The driver will have your contact details as well.
We suggest to travel at least 5 hours ahead of flight / ferry departure time to avoid any unexpected incident to occur.
Yes, we understand your concern. But we buffer more time just in case the unexpected happens. You may choose a later time for departure but kindly note we shall not be held liable for any missed ferry/flight.
Yes. Kindly inform us ASAP for any changes. Please contact us the moment you know about your change in schedule to allow us sufficient time to reorganize your transfer.
We highly recommend to book in advance. Last minutes requests are welcomed however do note there might be waiting time due to vehicle availability.

No. We provide transfer services from Singapore to anywhere in Malaysia, not only in Johor Bahru.
Yes. We only offer private rides. The price you pay reserves the vehicle for you/your group only. You do not have to share the vehicle.

Tips for apply Visa On Arrival (VOA)

1) Usually takes about 1 hour.
2) Counter VOA operating 24 hours
3) Payment by Credit Card ONLY. (No Cash)

5) Additional SGD30 as waiting charge at VOA office for the journey.

Yes, but please dismantle front bicycle wheels to enable bicycle to fit inside the vehicle. Kindly provide dimensions for us to quote type of vehicle for the journey.

Cancellation

After confirm your booking, we will collect deposit to secure your reservation and ensure that we can allocate the necessary resources to serve you. It helps us manage our schedules and inventory more effectively, reducing the risk of cancellations and no-shows. Therefore, deposit is non-refundable.
